Centex Homes sponsors several programs to help students pursue a career in the homebuilding industry. Through the National Housing Endowment, we've committed $1 million for scholarships that can be used for tuition or books. The scholarships are based on financial need and are available at any college in the country. Centex Homes also sponsors "Build Your Future" scholarships at more than 40 colleges. This program includes a scholarship, a travel subsidy to attend the International Builders Show and a paid internship. More than 50 percent of the students who are awarded this scholarship/internship become full time Centex Homes employees after graduation.
